Super Saturday Service!

The Relief Society members in the Davis 2nd Ward, of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints put together some memory boxes and miscarriage packets for our local hospitals!  These should cover our needs for awhile, so thank you to all who helped!  Thanks to them, we now have candles in our boxes, something I've wanted to add for quite some time.  We had a sewing day on Friday to get ready, by first-sewing lots of diapers so the ladies could trim and flip them, and we'll have another sewing day to top stitch them too.  We also started running out of things like the home made cards for the miscarriage packets, so we'll be working on those soon as well.  In a way it's nice to run out of things, because it means that the things are being used.  We already have a doctor's office in need of more packets, so the Super Saturday came at just the right time.

Completed packages, including a candle, certificate of life card, a heart to hold (made by Cheryl Harrison), and a clothing package.
